HomeLet Tenant's Insurance protects your possessions and includes accidental damage to the Landlords property. Below is a summary of cover:
- Loss or damage to your contents: caused by; theft, malicious act or riot, fire, explosion, lighting earthquake, storm, flood, escape of water, collision by vehicle, aircraft, animals.
- Accidental Damage to Landlords Contents: cover includes your liability under a Tenancy Agreement for Damage to your landlord's buildings and contents.
- Additional cover including: damage to TV, audio, video equipment, cost of replacement locks following theft of keys, cost of alternative accommodation (30% of sum insured), frozen food (£250), personal liability (£1 million).
- Optional Loss or Accidental Damage to personal possessions: including pedal cycles.
